Three Refreshing Mocktails Using BC White Grape Juice

BC's White Grape Juice makes an excellent base for mocktails thanks to its natural sweetness and fresh, crisp profile. These three recipes are simple to prepare, alcohol free, and perfect for warm days, family gatherings, or occasions where something refreshing is needed.


Each recipe serves one glass and can easily be scaled up for entertaining.


1. White Grape and Cucumber Refresher

Light, cooling, and incredibly refreshing, this mocktail is ideal for hot summer days and relaxed afternoons.


Ingredients:

  • 125 ml BC White Grape Juice

  • 60 ml sparkling water

  • 3 to 4 thin cucumber slices

  • 5 ml fresh lime juice

  • Ice

  • Fresh mint, to garnish


Method:

  1. Add cucumber slices to a glass and gently press them with the back of a spoon to release flavour. Fill the glass with ice.

  2. Pour in BC White Grape Juice and fresh lime juice.

  3. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.

  4. Garnish with mint and serve immediately.


2. White Grape and Pomegranate Cooler

This mocktail offers a slightly richer flavour profile, with pomegranate adding depth and colour. It works well as a more refined alcohol free option for entertaining.


Ingredients:

  • 150 ml BC White Grape Juice

  • 50 ml pomegranate juice

  • 50 ml sparkling water

  • 1 tablespoon fresh pomegranate seeds

  • Ice

  • Fresh rosemary, to garnish


Method:

  1. Fill a glass with ice.

  2. Pour in BC White Grape Juice and pomegranate juice.

  3. Stir gently to combine.

  4. Top with sparkling water.

  5. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and rosemary before serving.


3. White Grape and Berry Fizz

Fruity, vibrant, and crowd pleasing, this mocktail is a favourite for all ages and suits a wide range of occasions.


Ingredients:

  • 150 ml BC White Grape Juice

  • 40 g mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)

  • 50 ml sparkling water or lemonade

  • Ice

  • Fresh mint, to garnish


Method:

  1. Place the berries in a glass and gently muddle to release their juices.

  2. Add ice and pour in BC White Grape Juice.

  3. Top with sparkling water or lemonade, depending on your preference.
